This class will bring you beyond cranial rhythm and into mid-tide and long-tide which are the deeper expressions of fluid potency in the cranial system. You will learn to work with meninges, bones, ventricles and the central nervous system to re-connect your patients with the deeper tides thereby restoring overall health by directly improving vitality. You will learn to:
- Palpate and assess all tissues in the cranium;
- Recognize and work with cranial rhythm, and mid-tide and long-tide;
- Safely restore normal or improved function to the central nervous system by improving cellular nutrition and fluid flow;
- Extend your career by learning a gentle, non-invasive approach.
Come and improve the function of your own CNS and learn how to support your patients in enjoying a healthy brain in a healthy body.
Sheryl Hamilton has been a massage therapist first in Ontario and then British Columbia for 25 years. She taught neuroanatomy, musculoskeletal anatomy, pathology and physiology at massage therapy colleges in New York and Vernon, BC. She wrote and teaches the Visceral Manipulation module for the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, and also teaches biodynamic craniosacral therapy for Body Intelligence across the country.
This course represents the current culmination of her work.
Acupressure and Meridian Massage: 14 CEC’s Early Bird Member Price: $849, Non-Member Price: $1049. Friday-Sunday, July 24-26, 2026 Instructed by Dr Jesse Reynolds. Time – 8:00am – 1:00pm.
This hands-on workshop bridges traditional wisdom with practical clinical application, giving you immediate tools to enhance your practice. You’ll explore how Traditional Chinese Medicine’s meridian system relates to modern myofascial understanding, learning to work with the body’s interconnected pathways rather than just isolated areas.
The practical focus includes locating and applying 100 key acupoints using 17 different acupressure and meridian massage techniques. You’ll learn assessment approaches that inform treatment decisions, plus self-care practices you can use personally and share with clients. The workshop includes a complete demonstration of an acupressure protocol for stress reduction, one of the most requested treatments in any practice.
Whether you’re new to Eastern approaches or looking to deepen existing skills, you’ll leave with confidence to integrate these methods into your work immediately.

Jess Reynolds is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, and educator with nearly two decades of experience in health and wellness. He is the founder of AIM Wellness Education, where he develops continuing education courses for massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other allied health professionals. Jess specializes in making complex material practical and accessible, blending traditional Chinese medicine, modern science, and clinical experience. He has taught thousands of practitioners across Canada through workshops and online programs, and is passionate about helping wellness professionals build thriving, sustainable practices.
