Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CMMOTA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
How to Enter :
- Like the Post: Like the giveaway post on Instagram/Facebook.
- Tag Friends: Tag three Massage Therapists or Manual Osteopathic Therapists in the comments of the giveaway post.
- Follow: Follow CMMOTA on Instagram/Facebook.
- Share: Share the giveaway post on your Instagram/Facebook story and tag @CMMOTA.
Entry Period : The giveaway begins on July 12, 2024 and ends on July 17, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be announced on July 18, 2024 via CMMOTA’s Instagram/Facebook stories and contacted through direct message.
Prize : The winner will receive two (2) tickets to K-Days or Westerner Day. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at CMMOTA’s sole discretion.
Claiming the Prize : The winner must respond to CMMOTA’s direct message within 24 hours of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Publicity: By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow CMMOTA to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: CMMOTA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by CMMOTA in its sole discretion. CMMOTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
