Pre & Post Natal

Fundamentals of Pre/Post Natal one day course is to refresh current knowledge and learn new techniques along with the stages of pregnancy. We will also go over contraindications, variety of positions to massage, new pregnancy bolsters, and safe products to use. Also we will touch on Nerve Pain, variety of symptoms pre natal women experience and how massage therapy can benefit. We will also cover the three trimesters of pregnancy.

Most of the time will be hands on with a model. Small practical exam at the end of the course will be required. Upon completion we will hand out a certificate.

No table, no sheets no oils are required, we will provide everything during the course.
