Kollectiv Health Inc
Sherwood Park | Alberta
Position Type: Part Time
About the Role
Kollectiv Health is growing—and with one of our Manual Osteopathic Therapists currently booked weeks to months in advance with an active waitlist, we are looking to welcome another MOT to our team.
We are looking for a practitioner who values clinical depth, whole-body assessment, and meaningful patient relationships—someone who is as focused on understanding the why behind a condition as they are on treating it.
What This Role Looks Like
- You will be working with clients who:
- -Have often tried multiple therapies without lasting results
- -Are seeking a more comprehensive, root-cause approach
- -Value education, collaboration, and long-term outcomes
Your treatments will involve:
- -Full-body assessments (not just region-specific treatment)
- -Clinical reasoning that connects structure, fascia, and nervous system function
- -Thoughtful, individualized treatment planning over multiple sessions
Who You Are
You are a Manual Osteopathic Therapist who:
- -Thinks in patterns, not protocols
- -Prioritizes assessment and clinical reasoning over routine treatment
- -Is comfortable working with chronic and complex cases
- -Brings a calm, grounded presence into the treatment room
- -Communicates clearly and intentionally—without overwhelming the client
- -Values collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team
You are not looking to rush through treatments—you’re looking to do meaningful work that creates lasting change.
Qualifications
- -Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy
- -Registered and in good standing with a recognized association
- -Professional liability insurance
- -Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Assets (but not required):
- -Experience with visceral or craniosacral approaches
- -Background in massage therapy, kinesiology, or rehab
- -Experience working with persistent or complex conditions
What We Offer
- -Established clinic with strong referral flow
- -Immediate opportunity to build a full schedule (existing demand)
- -Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- -Fully equipped treatment rooms
- -Administrative support (booking, billing, reception)
- -On-site laundry and supplies provided
Schedule
- -Part-time to start
- -Evenings and/or weekends preferred
- -Opportunity to expand hours as your schedule fills
Compensation
- -Independent contractor
- -Commission-based split(to be discussed based on experience, starting at 60\40 split)
