- Visit https://app.cmmota.com/login and enter your email address and password to access your CMMOTA Profile.
Finding Approved Courses:
- To search through currently approved courses in your profile:
- Click the Button on the left hand side of the page that is named “Approved CEC Courses”
- Type in Course Name or Instructor and search.
- For courses not listed, email details to our office for review and potential approval.
Updating Personal Information:
- Address or Phone Number Changes:
- Update your profile directly or contact our office for assistance.
Business Information:
- Adding Business Information:
- Improve claims processing speed by listing your business details in your profile.
- Your primary business will be featured on our “Find a Therapist” tool.
Connecting with Peers:

Membership Renewal:
- Renewal notices are sent annually in September; payments are due by December 31st.
- Both Membership and Insurance Renewal Fees can be paid directly to CMMOTA.
- Complete and submit the Annual Declaration by December 31st each year to keep your membership information current.
Relocating to a Regulated Province:
