If you call and reach our voicemail, it simply means we’re helping another member. Please leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
We kindly ask that all communication with our team remains respectful. Unfortunately, we’ve had some instances of verbal abuse, which is not acceptable and may lead to disciplinary action. Our staff is here to help—let’s work together with kindness and respect.
We handle a high volume of emails—on average, we responded to one thread every 2 minutes in 2024! We aim to reply within one business day. To help us manage emails efficiently:
• Please don’t resend the same email within 24 hours.
• If emailing over the weekend, expect a response on the next business day.
• If you haven’t heard back in two business days, feel free to follow up in case your message was missed.
Payment questions?
If you sent a payment to payments@cmmota.com and haven’t received bank confirmation of payment acceptance, please reach out. During our busy season (October–December), please allow up to one week for processing before reaching out.
