Call Us, Email Us—We’re Listening
If you call and end up in voicemail, don’t worry—it just means we’re helping another member at the moment. Leave us a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We promise you’re not shouting into the void.
And yes, we do receive a lot of emails—in 2024, we responded to one every two minutes! Despite that volume, we aim to reply to all inquiries within one business day. Want to help keep things flowing smoothly? Here are a few tips:
- Please don’t resend the same message within 24 hours—we haven’t forgotten you!
- Weekend emails will be answered on the next business day.
- If it’s been more than two business days and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to follow up—your message may have been missed in the shuffle.
Respect Goes Both Ways
We’re proud to serve our members with professionalism, warmth, and integrity—and we ask for the same in return. Sadly, we’ve seen occasional instances of verbal abuse directed at our team. Let’s be clear: that’s not okay.
We’re here to help, not to be hurt. Kindness and respect are non-negotiables, and repeated abuse may result in disciplinary action.
Questions About Payments?
If you’ve sent a payment to payments@cmmota.com but haven’t seen bank confirmation yet, please don’t panic. Especially during our busy season (October through December), processing may take up to a week. If it’s been longer than that, reach out and we’ll be happy to investigate.
