Oasis Wellness Retreat – West Edmonton
Oasis Wellness Retreat is looking for passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our growing wellness team.
Located in West Edmonton, our clinic is conveniently located just minutes from Anthony Henday Drive, making it easily accessible from West Edmonton and surrounding communities.
We are creating a modern, elevated wellness space focused on high-quality client care, therapeutic massage, relaxation, recovery, and future wellness services. We are looking for practitioners who want to build their clientele and grow within a supportive and professional clinic.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments
- Complete client assessments and individualized treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations and ongoing wellness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- Follow professional association standards and clinic policies
- Work collaboratively with our reception and wellness team
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2,200 hours of recognized massage therapy education
- Current membership with a recognized professional massage therapy association
- Active professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative clinic
- Evening and weekend availability is strongly valued
Compensation & Scheduling
- Compensation starts at $55 per treatment hour
- Flexible scheduling opportunities
- Clinic open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 7 days a week
