The Eléva Method

The Eléva Method is an immersive three-day advanced facial treatment course developed and taught by Anastasia Matveeva. It brings together lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and buccal intraoral massage within one structured treatment protocol.

Designed with massage therapists in mind, the course focuses on precise hands-on technique, treatment flow and practical application for clients experiencing jaw tension, TMJ-related concerns, restricted tissue mobility and muscular imbalance. Students receive close, hands-on guidance throughout the training as they develop confidence, refine their technique, and learn to deliver The Eléva Method with precision and purpose.

What You Will Learn

Training includes:

  • Advanced lymphatic drainage techniques
  • Myofascial release techniques
  • Buccal intraoral massage
  • Applied treatment techniques for the face, jaw, neck, and décolleté
  • Treatment sequencing and professional flow
  • Client positioning, comfort, and communication
  • Adapting techniques to different client needs and presentations

  • Guidance for integrating The Eléva Method into an existing practice

Course Format

The Eléva Method is delivered over three consecutive days and combines instructor demonstrations, guided practice, partner work and supervised model sessions.

The course is designed to provide substantial hands-on experience while allowing time for questions, individual correction, and personalized guidance.

Students receive:

  • Three full days of in-person instruction
  • Hands-on guided practice
  • The Eléva Method printed textbook
  • Course materials and supporting resources
  • Certificate of completion
  • 24 CMMOTA Continuing Education Credits
  • Continued mentorship following the course for three months
  • Two follow-up mentor meetings via Zoom
  • One complimentary refresher day any time after completing the course

Graduates may return for one complimentary refresher day, choosing the day that best supports the techniques they would like to review or improve. The refresher provides additional guided practice, technique refinement and support as they continue integrating The Eléva Method into their practice.

About the Instructor

Anastasia Matveeva

Anastasia Matveeva is the founder of Anastasia’s Beauty and the creator of The Eléva Method.

Her professional training and hands-on experience span advanced facial massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and buccal intraoral massage and much more. She has trained professionals across Canada through practical, technique-focused education.

Anastasia brings her extensive teaching experience across Canada and internationally, working with massage therapists, spas, medical clinics, beauty schools and professional institutes. Her approach is practical, highly hands-on, and focused on helping students understand not only how to perform each technique, but why it is used and how to adapt it thoughtfully for the individual client.
