Aromatherapy Massage

This 8-hour continuing education course introduces Registered Massage Therapists to the safe, effective, and evidence-informed use of essential oils within massage therapy practice. Participants will explore the history and principles of aromatherapy, including the extraction, classification, and therapeutic properties of commonly used essential oils. The course examines the energetic nature of essential oils (warming, cooling, and neutral) and how these characteristics may support physical and emotional well-being.
