Did you know the Find-A-Therapist page is one of the most visited sections of the CMMOTA website? There’s a link to it on every page—even this one (just glance up at the top bar). It’s the go-to tool for people looking to find a qualified Massage or Manual Osteopathic Therapist.
But here’s the real question: can potential clients actually find you?
Well… that depends. Some members choose to keep their business info private—and we absolutely respect that. But if you do want to be discoverable by clients, there’s one easy thing you need to do:
Log into your CMMOTA member profile at https://app.cmmota.com/login and add your business information. Once added, you’ll become searchable on the Find-A-Therapist page.
Worried about privacy? If you work from home or are mobile and don’t want your full address listed, no problem—just include your City/Town and Province. That’s enough to get you listed without giving up your street address.
And there’s more good news. Adding your business info doesn’t just help clients find you—it also helps insurance companies. We send updated member lists to health insurers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, so when a client submits a receipt, your information is already there for a quicker processing time.
Do you work at multiple locations? You can list them all in your profile—and even select a primary location. Want insurers to see your business info but not have it appear on Find-A-Therapist? Easy. Just click “hide” when entering the details.
