This online Self-Care course is a fully customized program built specifically for you, based on a series of simple self-assessments you’ll perform at home. These tests help identify your personal mobility restrictions, strength imbalances, and postural habits that may be holding you back or causing discomfort/ injuries. From there, you’ll learn how to create a targeted corrective exercise plan tailored to your needs, helping you restore balance, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength where it matters the most. The goal is to increase your endurance, so you can give your best to every client without sacrificing your own body. With this course, you’ll not only feel better but work smarter and last longer in a physically demanding profession.
Learn how to strengthen the muscles you rely on most, correct imbalances, and prevent common injuries through a personalized program that fits your schedule and needs.
In this online course you will not only learn self assessments and create a customized program for you, but you will learn about exercise and the definitions to expand your knowledge in this area to maybe help you with homecare recommendations for your patients.
