The Position
- 4 days per week
- 5 patients per day
- 30–90 minute treatments
- Contractor position with flexibility
(employee arrangement negotiable for the right fit) - Established clinic with an existing client base
Compensation
- 60% split per session
- Contractor role with strong administrative support
- All booking, billing, and front-end systems provided
- An Employee position can be negotiated

- You simply bring your oil or lotion and your care
Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered massage therapy
- Maintain a clean treatment space
- Participate in laundry and room turnover
- Engage respectfully and collaboratively within the collective
Who We’re Looking For
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing in Alberta
- Holistic, patient-centered approach to care
- Caring, reliable, and present with clients
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- New graduates welcome and supported
- Interest in being part of a values-aligned healthcare community
