Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Pivotal team as an employee. The ideal candidate has a strong therapeutic focus, is eager to grow professionally, and has the initiative and interpersonal skills needed to build and maintain a thriving caseload.

What You Bring

  • Graduate of a 2200-hour minimum accredited Canadian Massage Therapy program

  • Registered and in good standing with MTAA, CMMOTA or NHPC

  • Strong focus on therapeutic, goal-oriented treatment

  • Proven ability to build and sustain a caseload

  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire to contribute to a collaborative team

  • Commitment to continuing education and ongoing skill enhancement

  • Comfort treating a broad range of conditions across various client populations

  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills

  • Interest in building connections within the local community
