Submitting a CEC for Review? Easier Than Ever. Promise.

We’ve streamlined the process to make submitting a course for Continuing Education Credit (CEC) review as smooth as a hot stone massage. Here’s how you can do it:

Option 1: You’ve Taken the Course Already

Awesome! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your CMMOTA Member Profile Click here to log in

2. Once inside, hit the CEC button on the left-hand menu.

3. On the right side of your screen, click the Submit CEC button.

4. Follow the guided steps (don’t worry, it’s super straightforward).

5. Upload a digital version of your course certificate (photo or PDF both work!).

Voilà—CEC submitted!

Option 2: Planning Ahead or Submitting Manually

Prefer to submit manually, or want to get CEC pre-approval before taking the course? We’ve got you covered:

• Fill out the Appendix 22: Member CEC Course Evaluation Form here

• Attach your course certificate if you’ve completed it or just submit the form in advance to know how many credits the course is worth.

Peace of mind, pre-course. Win-win.

Course Developers: This Part’s for You

Want your course officially approved for CMMOTA CECs?

1. Complete the Appendix 23: Course Developer CEC Evaluation FormClick here to fill it out

2. Send your fee to payments@cmmota.com $35 for members | $70 for non-members

And that’s it! We’ll handle the rest from there.

Attending a CMMOTA Conference or CE Event?

No need to submit anything! If you attend and receive a certificate of completion, CEC credits are automatically applied to your profile. Consider it our little gift for showing up and learning with us.
