This two-day advanced course equips Registered Massage Therapists with the skills, confidence, and clinical understanding necessary to safely and effectively support neurodivergent individuals—specifically those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Sensory Processing Differences.
Therapists will explore evidence-based strategies for adapting their communication, techniques, and environment to reduce barriers to care. Through case-based learning, hands-on practice, and neuroscience-informed discussions, RMTs will gain clarity on how to modify treatments to meet individual sensory needs and behavioral presentations, while establishing collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationships.
