Bodhi Wellness is a boutique massage clinic & spa in the heart of Canmore, AB, known for premium therapeutic massage therapy & wellness treatments in a calm, restorative spa setting.

Our talented team is growing, and we’re looking to welcome a Registered Massage Therapist who is grounded, professional, and collaborative – someone who takes pride in their work and values being part of a steady, supportive team.

Competitive Compensation + Generous Gratuities

We offer a clear, flat-rate commission structure based on service length and type, plus gratuities.

• Standard 60 minute massage: $69 per treatment.

• Other treatment lengths average $66–$78 per hour equivalent.

• Upgrade services such as hot stone and myofascial cupping are paid at higher rates, up to $88.60 per hour, depending on treatment length.

Gratuities are separate from commission and are not included in the above rates. In a Canmore spa environment – including outdoor hot pools and eucalyptus steam incorporated into treatment pricing – our RMTs consistently receive strong gratuities. Clients typically tip 15–25% of the total treatment cost, and RMTs keep 100% of tips.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, effective massage therapy treatments.

• Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain accurate SOAP notes.

• Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals.

• Educate clients on home care and self-management strategies.

• Maintain clean & calming treatment spaces.

• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.

• Adhere to provincial standards of practice.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Successful completion of a 2200 hour accredited massage therapy program

• Registered in good standing with an Alberta-recognized association (MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA, CRMTA).

• Based in Canmore or Banff, or able to reliably commute.

• A warm, grounded, and professional presence with a genuine passion for helping clients feel and function at their best.

• Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care, ethics, and documentation.
