Introduction to Sports Injury Rehabilitation: The Hamstring was designed for RMTs who want to learn how to confidently and correctly educate their patients on their rehabilitation exercises with current, effective exercises based on the understanding of the injury process and the biomechanics.
Throughout the course we will discuss specific injuries of the hamstring common to a Massage Therapist and how to properly rehabilitate through strengthening exercises, stretches and rolling techniques. Most importantly you will learn how to effectively communicate with your patients so that they feel confident in their rehabilitation, all of which ensure a successful rehabilitation back to their sport of choice.
