Course Description

Access Bars® Class

Looking to add a new modality to your practice? Have you heard of the Access Bars®? Join us for a one-day workshop to learn about The Bars®. It is a gentle, non-invasive, relaxation technique that works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored in the body and helps facilitate greater ease in many different areas of your life.

During an Access Bars® session, a trained practitioner lightly touches 32 points on your head, which dissipates the electromagnetic charge that can become locked in our brains by thoughts, feelings, and emotions that we have stored over time. It is like a gentle defrag of any non-contributive thoughts, emotions and stress.

Access Bars® has assisted thousands of people change many aspects of their lives. People report better health, ease of sleep, weight loss, better sex and relationships, relief from anxiety, less stress, think clearer, and feel more at ease!

Amber Pavey and Susie Stockham co-facilitate for this hands-on & dynamic class. That is two facilitators for the price of one! You will gift and receive two full Bars® sessions to practice the points and hand positions. This class also includes a manual, a certificate of completion and a Bars® chart to take home for future reference. You may also qualify for continuing education credits, with your professional association. Bring a friend and learn together!
