December 31, 2024 is the last day of the current 3 year CEC Cycle, which means that as a member, you need to have completed your required CEC’s by then and have them registered with the office. Failure to meet this requirement will result in suspension and possible cancellation of your membership.
If you need to answer the question “How many CEC’s do I have?” You can find that information on your Membership Profile Portal on the CMMOTA website (https://app.cmmota.com/login).
Once you have logged into your profile, if you are on a mobile device, such as your cell phone, you will want to click on the three bars in the top left-hand corner of your screen. This will drop down a menu, which has “Current CECs” as a button option. If you are on a computer or tablet you should already see the menu list. Click on “Current CECs”, and you will see what is currently approved. The important box to look at is the one that says approved credits. This will give you a number in purple, which is the number of credits you currently have registered and approved for the current cycle – the number below is the total number of credits you are required to have obtained at the end of the CEC cycle which is based on your activation date with the association. If the purple number is equal to or greater than the number required, then you have completed this membership requirement. If the number is less, then you have some work to do, and some credits to complete. For those who are dual members, please remember that you need to check the requirements for both RMT and MOT – to verify each, just click on the boxes which say RMT Credits or MOT Credits
Again, to avoid membership suspension or cancellation, the deadline to complete the CEC requirements is December 31, 2024. If you have any questions about the CEC requirements please contact the office at info@cmmota.com
