Media Release
During this course and throughout the education conference events, CMMOTA Staff may be taking pictures and video of the course. These images (photographs and/or video) will be used as future stock image photos and video by CMMOTA to promote massage therapy and/or manual osteopathic therapy and/or CMMOTA. By purchasing this ticket, you hereby grant permission to the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use your image (photographs and/or video) captured during the course for use in Media publications including but not limited to:
• Videos
• Email Blasts
• Recruiting Brochures
• Advertising
• Newsletters
• Association Promotional Materials
• Magazines
• General Publications
• Social Media Releases
• Website and/or Affiliates
• YouTube
Further, by purchasing the ticket you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, or other electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
