The Orthopaedic Approach for Massage Therapists”, created by Dr. Lanre Salami, wouldn’t be complete without Posture and Gait Analysis! This one-day course isn’t offered anywhere else.

This seminar is designed to educate the participants on the importance of gait and postural evaluation in designing a management strategy for encountered musculoskeletal dysfunction that can be successfully managed with soft tissue mobilization techniques and massage therapy. Postural and gait evaluation is essential in order to determine a primary dysfunction from a secondary compensatory adaptation that the client develops as a result. This allows the practitioner to be able to address the primary cause directly thereby guaranteeing a successful correction of the dysfunction. A good posture and gait evaluation will reveal to the therapist what is, what was and what is going to be about the client’s posture and gait.
